Having watched the presentation on the upcoming Sage CRM 2017 I was pretty impressed by the updated new look. Apologies to Jeff as I got stuck on a call and so could not listen to him speaking so this is just based on what I saw. I know it has been a work in progress for a while now but it looks pretty sharp I think.
The main change I saw was around Calendar and Tasks. This has been a major bug bear for years with many people and its great to finally see it addressed.
Quick Access was another title with Quick Search/ Favorites/Improved notifications and recent list among the items mentioned.
Lots of new content around the help and training were also promised.
