Navigate your data

Search on any entity for CRM data, the more precise the search the more precise the results. In this example the search for ACC yields 4 companies in Sage CRM. Each record has a drop down arrow for more information or to click on the yellow icon beside the company name will navigate to the precise company record. Result lists can be customised.

View and update your CRM data

Summary data and more (Cases, Opportunities, Communications) is available to view via MobileX. It is also possible to edit data, logs calls, and even add files/photos. In the image here the Person James Motalto is viewed and placed in edit mode. Updating the spelling of the surname (last name) surfaces other people in the database with characters 'mon' in their name. Once adjustments are made, select 'Update' to refresh CRM. Result lists can be customised

Make a call, make sure the relevant notes are added to CRM in real time. Phone in/out is logged as a communication against the respective entity, be that a person/case/opportunity. Utilise the technology of your phone, by dictating notes into the field highlighted that is Subject/Details. Makes mobile data entry efficient and effective.

A visual pipeline highlights the stage of items, an itemised list can be opened Each record has a drop down arrow for more information or to click on the green icon will navigate to the precise record. For quick and easy access, records can be bookmarked at the tap of a finger. In this example Simoco Norwest is bookmarked, tapping on the icon will remove the bookmark. Bookmarks are essentially a favourites list or key records you need to access quickly on the move. Works for all entity types
