intended for use by organisations and their staff in a professional context.

Our apps, including Accelerator, MobileX and Data Islands and other systems, are designed for business users such as
employees, contractors, and consultants who use CRM systems as part of their job.

Intended Audience

• Our apps are not designed for children.
• We do not market our apps to users under 18.
• Use of our apps generally requires:
  • Access to a licensed CRM or related business system, and
  • Appropriate permissions provided by an employer or organisation.

Because of these prerequisites, we expect that all typical users are
adults (18+) using the software for work-related tasks.

Content and Features

Our apps:

• Provide tools to view, manage CRM / business data.
• Do not contain games, entertainment content, or educational material for children.
• Do not include user-to-user public social networking features aimed at minors.
• Do not include content that is pornographic, extremely violent, or otherwise
  inappropriate for a general adult workplace.

Any customer data accessed by the app is business/CRM information controlled by the customer’s organisation.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children and are
not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
