Here you can run Accelerator on your desktop and use without installing into Outlook or GMail.
With the app running, then when in Outlook,GMail or any email client you download the email as a .EML file and the system will be triggered to look up the email in your CRM. Or even use any email client or a mix of clients. Once you can get the .EML it will work.
This is ideal for mixed environments that want a single type of rollout.
