One limitation of Sage CRM is that on screens like Cases we cannot paste images into the case notes. This makes it harder to log details of a problem and really is a bit behind the times.
We also had a prospect and they wanted this for their portal (using Customer 365) and so we knew we had to think about how to best address this.
We decided having it in Customer 365 on its own was not enough and so decided well can we get this into CRM. And after some research and experimentation we could.
We felt this was not really something one could sell so we decided to open source the code. You can get this here
