Here is a sneak preview of our Office365 Outlook Web Access for Sage CRM.
This brings support to the Apple Mac also!
You can see your CRM data in the taskpane. You can also file emails to matches in your CRM or to any selected entity in the taskpane (the MobileX web client is used for this).
This integration works on office365 Outlook web access as well as the Outlook client for office365 accounts.
You get the full MobileX experience as well as the ability to create entities (company,person,opportunity and cases ) from an email and also file emails to those entities in CRM.
