We have had some reports in of issues with the installed outlook add in for Sage CRM.
It looks to be caused by an edge update.
The fix for those affected required a software update and this is now live (29 July 26-3pm)
As per the help download and run the installer to fix.
30 July 26-Another update was applied here for an issue around opening emails in read mode. Version no is 2.4.4.5
