Yes, it does with a locally installed version of Microsoft Outlook.
Within Accelerator there is some calendar functionality but it is a One-way push from Outlook to CRM. It is only advisable to use the functionality if you are not using Sage’s own Exchange Integration.

Once the software is paid for, a license is issued, dependent on the diary, the install & training can take place within a number of days subject to scheduling. The install has a simple wizard to follow.
Invoices are issued 4-6 weeks in advance of renewal date. Failure to pay invoices on time means licenses must be repurchased if support or an upgrade is requested. Subscription licenses will cease to work if the contract is not renewed.
