Our last release of Accelerator for Sage CRM brought some enhanced features you can read about in a former blog here, but today we are talking about the February 2016 software update which has a super duper new look and feel utilising larger buttons to facilitate easy navigation, take a look at some screen grabs below:
We had many requests from clients for the option to be able to access global templates whilst working in email, this is now available as per the screen shot on the right.
Finally a new feature is the ability to filter documents in an email and choose what is saved to CRM. This is particularly useful where a signature might have graphics attached or a large attachment not needing to be filed. See the screen shot below…
