Through the years we have worked on lots of client sites and they trust us with their access details to servers. This is a big responsibility and not one that we take lightly. And this is why we use a
password management system like 1Password.

It’s a great system that allows you to create Vaults. These vaults can hold several passwords and can be secured with a single long password. They can also be accessed from your smartphone.

The really great thing though is that the system can generate complicated passwords that make it very difficult for people to hack your system. It also has browser plug-ins that make it easy to use.

If you are using Sage CRM or Excel to store passwords or using passwords that are plain English words then you need to take a look at this system (or some other one) to protect yourself and your customers from unwanted intrusions.
