We recently completed a project to allow a Sage CRM customer create new entities that have a signature capture ability and also embedded reports (using Crystal Reports) which can be accessed via Sage CRM and our Customer 365 portal.

The customer requirement was to be able to create contracts and agreement entities in CRM which could accept signatures (either through CRM or the portal) and then provide a PDF version of the agreement document (created in Crystal Reports) with the signature attached.
